Our manufacturing operation is very flexible. We can produce 1 part or 1 million parts. There are certain minimums in custom colour materials that must be considered. We are able to suggest alternatives in this case.

Creative Form Plastics can enter at any stage of the process, from concept to technical support to production. You can supply us with your detailed technical drawings or our Design Team can take your rough concept and create technical drawings before tooling and production are started.
When compared to other processes such as injection moulding, thermoforming tooling is very economical. With years of experience in short and medium production runs, CFP has tooling solutions to meet your project’s budget.
Each project has a distinct timeline and CFP is one of the fastest! Simple prototypes are often prepared in one to two weeks and production lead times can be from one to three weeks from the approval of a final prototype. Lead times for more complex projects vary based on material availability and production runs.
We have access to a wide selection of materials for both thermoforming and fabrication and we will suggest the best material for any particular project.
