Our CNC capabilities can precisely and repeatedly produce plastic components with simple or intricate designs. When we add in our in-house heat bending facilities it enables us to supply a wide range of custom fabricated products for long or short run volumes or a one-off part for prototyping.
We were one of the first to adopt CAD/CAM design and CNC machinery and it put CFP at the forefront of thermoforming tooling development and quality production.
Our in-house tooling room allows us to dictate priorities, reduce time-lines and ensure the best quality.
